Taco Bueno has been crankin' out killer Tex-Mex for over 50 years. So we set out to reinvigorate this amazing, yet quiet older brand. The Buenoheads who know and love us are super vocal about it (sometimes in weird, weird ways). So we amplified that love and responded with a new bold look, delicious food photography and voice full of queso-y swagger and personality. The #LetsTalkTexMex campaign invites and starts new conversations about Bueno through TV ads, online video, banner ads, digital outdoor, in-store and of course, lots and lots of social. Content, content, content!
And it resulted in cash registers ringing. After only a few months, transactions increased 9%, web traffic increased 20% period-over-period, and social following increased by 5.5%. Not to mention, even more fun (and sometimes weird) chatter socially from Buenoheads vying to be immortalized on TV. So let's talk Tex-Mex, y'all!
